Carl & his team did an amazing job converting our bathroom into an en-suite. It was in serious need of modernisation & is now unrecognisable. The team were quick, tidy & lived up to their flawless finish. He even dropped in to do some odd jobs for us after the job had finished. Also running a tight ship with all the covid precautions – it felt very safe! Will be booking them for future work & recommend you do too!
Carl was called in after I had a nightmare botched job. He completely stripped and refitted the bathroom. His work is amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Flawless re-fitted my en-suite bathroom last month and we couldn’t be happier with the look and quality of the results. Carl took it back to bare brick and had to correct some previous mistakes but was really professional and worked some long hours to ensure we were finished on time. He was exceptionally clean and all carpets & flooring were protected fully during the fit. Carl is very honest in his views and knowledgable to help with the design and I would trust his judgment implicitly. Great work from Carl and the team and would recommend him to anyone!
I first met Carl when he came to my apartment to do some remedial work following a brand new kitchen and bathroom installation. For the 2–3 days that Carl was at mine he was very personable yet professional throughout, upgrading my flooring to a very high standard. I have subsequently kept in touch with Carl who has been more than happy to attend again to deal with boiler and bathroom issues as examples. Such was my satisfaction with his work that I have recommended him to my wider family for whom he has installed new shower units in their en-suite bathrooms, plus additional plumbing work again to an impressively high standard. Carl installed a new en suite and kitchen for me. His work is outstanding so professional and nothing is too much trouble. Carl, Mark and the team did a brilliant job. It was a pleasure to have them working here, they were very friendly, polite, respectful, diligent and clearly excellent at what they do, taking great pride in their work. The hours they put in to get the job done on time are unbelievable, including working over Easter bank holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, including putting right previous substandard work done by others. We are delighted with the finished result. Not long afterwards we suspected the shower valve had become faulty (although it turned out it was working as designed) and Carl was round immediately to sort it out and dealt with the supplier on our behalf to resolve it. Carl will absolutely be my first port of call for any similar projects in the future.
Carl is very responsible for all tasks of my bathroom. He was punctual and started to work at around 8, besides he would notify me in advance on his arrival, confirming those installations of each part of my bathroom etc. His tiling was gorgeous with alignment, straight, grout was delicate, edges were covered with a nice trim, recess area met my requirements etc. Thanks for the work done and I have a great bathroom now.
What an amazing job Carl has done on the bathroom and kitchen of my new flat. He has changed them from 1970s relics into wonderful modern spaces.
